“I thought the weight was going to drop off easily because I had been in shape my whole life. But it wasn’t easy. It was an uphill struggle I had gained about 60 pounds during pregnancy,” said Lopez.

“I don’t see myself having any plastic surgery. I don’t know how I will feel when I am older. But I am more of a natural person and I believe in beauty not being an outside, physical thing. Luckily, I’m used to seeing myself everywhere now that I am no longer obsessed about the way I look,” she added.

“I have to say I feel awesome! I feel the same way I felt when I was in my 20s,” said the 40-year-old who is married to Marc Anthony.
